SEPTEMBER 10 - Rock and roll is dead? 



Gotye and his band The Basics have announced they will be starting their own political party, called 'The Basics Rock and Roll Party', and are set to be running in Victoria's November election. Although, Gotye himself has stated that he personally wont be running for politics, but is one of the key supporters of the party. It currently has around 300 members, and needs 200 more to be eligable for a seat. If they achieve that the bassist, Kris Schroeder, will be put forward. Read more... (and more....)

SEPTEMBER 17 - Free U2... yay! (or nay?) 



U2 released a free album on iTunes. Which is all well and good except for how it was automatically downloaded onto your personal iTunes. That's right, go to the purchased page on iTunes and it'll be there. Even if you didn't want it.
